This year, AJMUN is conducted by the concept of “Bona fide.” Originally a Latin word, bona fide means ‘faith and sincerity’ mainly used today as a legal term for ‘in good faith.’ The term originated from the liberal political society in ancient Rome, where solid relationship based on trust and faith existed. We believe such trust and faith constructed upon faith holds vital importance also in diplomacy as well as to every participant in MUN.
It is without a doubt very important to have faith to the country of your delegation in MUN – but on top of that, we would like you to remember also to have faith in yourself and pursue the goal you have through AJMUN. AJMUN believes that what individual delegates hold as their goal may vary – thus we have prepared a conference as a platform for all of you to pursue your own goals and actively challenge yourself.
