Application Procedure and Guidelines
●Apply as a delegation, every delegate including the head delegate must fill in the Application Form for individuals.
●If you are a Japanese learner and wish to participate in Japanese Committees, please answer the form in Japanese.
●If you are high school students, you must stay in Japan with the people whose age reaches 20.
●Once we finished the screening and we are sure for your participation, we will send you an e-mail to confirm whether you are able to participate. This e-mail will be sent on Oct.9th. Check your spam folder in case the email does not land up in your inbox. If you still cannot find it, drop an email to international_ajmun@jmun.org citing your problem.

○Application closes: 8th October
●As for the Participation Fees, please check the following t:
Participation Fee: 32000 YEN
Payment Dead Line: 24th, October
Final Fee will be given by AJMUN through e-mail.
●If you are not able to use PayPal, please let us know through e-mail.
●After you receive the final confirmation of participation, you are required to fill up a form for Personal Security Letter and Visa Assistance Letter that will be sent to you along with the confirmation.
●Once you have your Visa Assistance letter you are required to send in your Japanese Visa scanned copy/photo and travel tickets to any arrival point in Japan within the next 30 Days (1 Month).
●If you want to cancel the Conference, you have to pay the cancelation
fee. The fee will be different based on the time you tell us the cancelation.

as soon as you decide to cancel.Before Oct.31st(Mon.): You do not have
to pay the cancelation fee.
From Nov.1st(Tue.) to Dec.5th(Mon.): You have to pay 50% of the participation
fee to cancel.After Dec.6th(Tue.): You have to pay 100% of the participation
fee to cancel.
